I've come up on a driver like this, trailer brake locked up, she was doin about 50.
I got along side, tried to get her attention, she didn't want to hear about nothing I wanted to say. Laid on the horn, still nothing. She kept her eyes front, focused on the road, I went on my marry… -

Someone forgot to release the trailer brakes ! We've all done it , just most won't admit it !
I ran 10+/- miles before I realized it.. He's empty thus not enough wieght to over ride the breaks which in some ways is better than the alternative of setting the bearing grease on fire ! -
