The purest and simplest form of trying to break down how a diesel engine works to somebody who doesn't have the concept of being able to tell time on an analog clock let alone understanding suck, press, bang, blow.

Not bad, but why use a yellow turd as an example? Were there no Beautiful Red Power Plants available? Even a Green booger heart is better than those yellow turds.
