Easy, once the kids are in school, have her hire on for a couple of days in the adjacent trade… oilfield? Wifey can be the medic. Cement truck or Hydro vac? Finisher or swamper. P&D? Stick her in the jump seat.
Either that, or choose a trades girl for a wife in the first place… We get it, no explanations needed, we’re already there.
