I would fire him if he worked for me. Even though I let em' do whatever the heck they want with the truck I give them, mod it, etc, I would take it from them, remove the modifications, and sell it. I allow phones only if it's on a mount and allow movies and shows while driving granted you've proven you can watch it while still paying attention to the road. It's called handsfree. I highly encourage you to follow the rules and regulations of the DOT and highway safety.
