Do it to everyone. Being in a big truck I see people in cars texting. Car after car people are doing more tan just holding a phone. Let them enforce the law with every vehicle.

I completely agree with these, if you don't text and drive you don't have to worry about it, cameras are everywhere anyhow so it's not a New invasion of privacy. They need to do the same for 4 wheelers too though, 9 out of 10 of every car I pass has a driver with a phone in their hand…

Oh crap, I've seen cops using those laptops on the console all the time and being distracted,but this is the way they pick on 18 wheeler all the time have seen this crap since the late 80's when I got in the business

I went to JCC trucking school in johnston county. The only school NC hwy patrol recognizes and visits. Trooper baker one of the highest ranking troopers. (He dresses in the black uniform iykyk) he had an entire day 8 hour class he taught. He showed us when they forst got this technology. He said it came from australia and 1 of those things cost over 3 million dollars.
