Just for u non Truckers I just had very similar happen in Texas called cope showed dash cam of what the guy did a warrent was issued for 3 felonies and we go to court in June at minimum he will never legally drive again but he's also more than likely going away for 5yrs as he used his car as a deadly weapon

At the beginning of the video he was in the right hand turn lane what you do is you let him get just a little bit out front of you and you hit them and then that way when they call the cops the cops show up and they see him in the wrong and they get to take it they get to pay for all the damages to your truck
