Used to slam 6-12 monsters a day, no exaggeration. Quit caffeine cold turkey, drinking only water since new year. The first day I had an excruciating headache… couldn’t move, couldn’t walk, couldn’t talk, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t even think… for about TWELVE HOURS. It was hell.
