Back in the day we didn't worry about stuff like that. Just go. We didn't reck. Get hurt

Well if you go a minute over you are going to get in trouble… Right? So ya not lazy working with in the rules and guidelines the company gave you… If they want it done faster… They will remove some rules and guidelines… If they want it done slower… They will create more rules and guidelines. Simple as that.

I don’t think it says you have an hour 49 to your break. I think it says you have an hour 49 left before you have to take a mandatory break that’s what I think I don’t know.

That gives you just enough time for a bit of Commercial Company and a happy ending. That is if she is willing to be seen getting into a Freightliner.

When that's the case for me, I just go to a stop that's nearby. If parking is going to be a problem more planning might be required, because then you have to be sure there will be a spot for you. This can add time, which reduces the clock (if it's your 14, I didn't look), so plan to stop with that in mind. If it's somewhere without decent parking at a weird hour, best thing to do is reserve a spot. Sucks, but what else can ya do?

My dm, talk shit to me about sending in a pta/eta, told me I need to trip plan that shii every night and day…. been driving for a few never late for delivery but I understand when I drop a load get eta so I don't sit like a dumbass (trip plan) happy dm + (trip planners) = happy driver…..

What is that gadget telling you all your tachograph stuff?

Pretty wild how a computer log can tell a person when they need a break or when it's time to stop or start,
When you can move your truck ect. Lol ..its stupid AF ..I has to reset my schedule after using paper logs for 25 years . Im used to it now , but that initial switch was a bitch to get a hold of.
The rules really are not that bad and I can generally get 600 to 700 miles a day . I was doing 800 a day with paper logs so I havnt really lost much.

Yer already stopped, just 10 it there then drive it like ya stole it to satisfy yer log and customer. Then reset

  18. @mike4380-r8p Avatar

Just go 5 miles over the speed limit and you should save 10 minutes
