it definitely isn’t safer to pass on the right lmao . blindside for the other driver . you’re going max speed to pass and have slow cars merging, potentially a truck merging on, slow cars in the right lane . and any obstacle you have to slam breaks or the other person has to slow down for you to get over because you are inconsiderate of others and road conditions.
