Ran into similar issue driving on the bishop ford in chicago. Guy put his tarp down but didnt close the tailgate all the way. Caused about 4 cars to hit chunks of concrete before he pulled over. I smacked a smaller piece in my jeep liberty thankfully only bending the skid plate. Driver closed up and ran, dont think he was caught

Door swinger! You ever had the loader man drop 15 tons on your back like a Matt Dillion punch. That can’t speak English. Tarps probably torn too hell! Hey by the way! Stay back 100 feet!!😊

They always pass a inch away from my front bumper but I'm the one required to stay back 100 feet… Also look into it their sign means nothing if they bust your window it's their fault… Unsecured load

Not all states have tarp laws.

Guarantee you his tarp doesn't even work, it's not connected, or it's ripped or the springs in the arms are weak or broken. Can't stop work for a tarp. 🤷‍♂️

I've been through that a couple of times they break your windshield you mention it to them and they laugh at you

Not all loads are required to be tarped and it also depends on the counties laws. Most counties don’t require you to tarp your load and you also are not required to tarp a load if it’s bulky material like large stones or boulders that can’t blow out of the back. Most of the times tarps are used for dusty loads like stone dust or sand or dirt but usually quarry stone is not legally required to be tarped.
