Now see. The first thing everyone is doing is blaming the Tesla driver. Parked in the wrong spot or not. That truck backed in and its only a man door there. And why would he blindingly back up where he obviously couldn't see the Tesla truck. And whose to say. That the Tesla didn't arrive for a pick-up and thats where they told him to park. So at any rate. The dumbass truck driver is totally at fault. He was the only one driving. Thats just the Law of insurance and driving.
