Used to find one or two of the yard trucks like this every winter. It usually started out as they wouldn't build pressure in one tank or the other, or something wouldn't work like it was supposed to. One way or another we would get it in the shop and let it thaw out for a few hours.

When's the last time you drained it? Dang, it's part of being a truck driver.

YOU NEED TO INSTAL AIR DRIER BIG AS YOUR CABIN

Blow out your condensation or bleed out winter time busted air line or air tank

Same guy that parks for the night , wonders why trailer brakes, truck brakes said F.U.

yet doesnt own 1 single bottle of methylhydrate, no funnel. Then hauls produce north of the canadian borders.

At this point they learn what its really like to be north of the US border. Having a bottle of that is crucial to trailer survival in winters.

Umhook the trailer lines when parked. Pour it down the trailer air brake feed line. Then plug it back on the trailer. Methylhydrate melts the ise in the airlines, frees the air line connections aswell. If stuck.

Should connect it to a hose and wash the truck with it

No excuses. I put a pop-off valve on the bottom of my tank. Keeps proper pressure need and drains moisture when sitting at lights or on long runs as air compressor overrides the needed capacity.

No the dumb ass isn't releasing his check valves for his air tanks when he is parked he's been cutting corners to save him time while his air dryer will freeze up blow up his air tanks and loose his fuckin brakes

The dryer isn't working properly or it's been way too long since the last time the tank was drained

This is why I quit driving for bedbug haulers.
    Worst equipment on the road.

  21. @dewaynem559 Avatar

Looks like my father in laws air compressor after not draining it for 10 years. He said he never knew you had to. I said that’s why you can’t get enough air in it to pump a bicycle tire up..😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

  23. @roberthansen3546 Avatar

By Jove! Didn't we drain that last year?

  24. @TKspeedyTrucker Avatar

Thats past bad. Water no workey on a air system

  25. @PD-yd3fr Avatar

When I started trucking, 1st Company had a policy, when the truck was parked in the lineup, all air cocks had to be left open, alcohol evaporators filled. No exceptions
