Fort William, Highland council are to blame.Highland council must know by now that there are folk driving on their roads that haven't got a clue driving on roadabouts. The muppet in the screwfix lorry should be done for dangerous driving,the muppet should know better as they've got the hgv licence that allegedly makes him a professional driver.
