The Willis driver got caught and was being passed. If the Willis driver was a DRIVER they’d back out of it and let the truck THAT CAUGHT THEM AND WAS PASSING THEM GET BY.
The slight grade slowed the heavier truck down. Back on flat ground it all goes back to the same thing happening again.
