Actually, I did the same thing in a car 1976 Ford Thunderbird classic with a 460 police interceptor factory installed Up underneath the hood. -

25 years OTR and as a driver trainer. We all go through moments like this. Stay calm, stay in control, and learn drivers. There will be something new to scare you next week. It might be a family member at home in a situation that terrifies you because you can’t be there. Keep your calm. You will get through that too. Remember you’re someone’s hero even if they don’t tell you. The nation needs you and you can do this your stronger than you know. Truck safely and keep those wheels turning

I have mad respect for big rig and heavy load drivers. I love driving and always wanting to be a cross country truck driver but I never tried too. I love everything about it but I honestly do trust myself in such a heavy vehicle going 60/70mph. I've always been afraid of not being able to stop and with the way people are now I can't even imagine the skills and situational awareness needed to stop in a emergency or if someone is just reckless.

Floods, Snowstorms, Running from Tornados in 60 mph winds, people honking and flipping you off, cutting you off from lane changing, they distracted on the phone, break checking.
These are many of the things truckers have to deal with, JUST SO YOUR GET YOU CUP OF COFFEE.
IF they stopped driving, there would be ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN STORES. Give them a break. -

Should be parked, a good trucker uses the tools he has, back in the day a newspaper weather, today a phone app, this just demonstrates the stupid drivers we have today.
