I'm betting this is AI. One, the sounds don't match what's happening. The vehicle sounds as if it is speeding up but it's slowing down. The semi doesn't react at all. It looks like a trash bag blowing across the road. The "items" in the "bag" are clearly solid enough to stay in one piece but the whole bag is light enough to blow across the road? Don't think it's real.
