They do that on Interstate 40 around mile marker 88 and they do it on Highway 74 near Bryson City. They're a bunch of assholes.

That’s illegal if you don’t have anything that would get you in trouble you can definitely get that dismissed in court even out court and then sue them for entrapment
That’s an old trick that they used to do in Pa. on I-83 just north of Harrisburg.
They used to put an unmanned cruiser with a mannequin in the seat just past a bridge on the south side to try and slow traffic downOMG that is to funny going to the pasture ❤❤❤😅😅😮😅😮
