I had a guy pull out of a parking spot into the middle of my trailer. He swore up and down he was asleep when I hit him. Because I had gotten fuel and was leaving, I was charged with hitting him. I found out the same little two truck company had done this 4 times. It doesn't exist anymore. But it's still on my CDL record.
