Real question, why were you going 63 in left lane, and if you wanna go that slow why tf not just let him pass? Maybe im missing context, maybe he's been speeding up and slowing down, but from the info here youre the ass and he shouldve just pushed you into the ditch.

This happens all the time, cruise control on, I run up on a slower rig and as soon as I begin to pass he speeds up, I slow down and pull back behind him and he slows down again. Games people play. Childish.
