Ummmm, why? Lift axles are normally the front axle. Helps with tracking going down the road. Rear axles that lift are for backing when in tight confines. They are no more dangerous than any other trailer, so long as you mind the tail swing. Stop speaking a half truth. Hire better drivers if yours can't hack it.
