    That's illegal to do. If a person moves over and establishes themselves in the lane, then slams onnthe brakes, and you hit then it's yiur fault. But cutting over and not taking the time to establish yourself first is a stupid attempt at fraud. If thenlead car had just moved over and waited for even 30.decondsz then it's on the cam driver bc it can be said he should have maintained more distance and slow enough speed to be able to stop in time. That's just how the law.and insurance decisions work.
