I get that the merge was designed by an idiot but the driver with the camera doesn't also have to be one.
The truck on the left crossed a solid white line to force his position.

Realistically, why didn't the driver adjust his speed to be behind the guy already heading 55 mph? Seriously, this is on the guy merging into the highway, even the center semi is going around the same speed as thean hauling the pipes.
Not every PoV is justified.
