Go to the truck stop. Rest areas are only good to stretch your legs, check your load and go pee.

I will always drive into big cities, and park at rest areas when i need something

Truck stops and proper trip planning. Preferably bigger ones. You get all you need. Shower, food, etc.

I eat out of my truck 99% of the time. I prefer rest areas that sit away from the highway a bit or the mom & pop truck stops. I only park at major truck stops if I have to. I haul a lot of oversize and have to take that into consideration for planning where to park. Just my preference.
