lol it’s Sad you gotta put his butt on blast like that. Some people don’t know how to do there logs or pre-trip, Let alone know how to back up a big rig or even turn wide with a trailer or have the understanding of how to use his reefer or even park his truck and honestly it’s a-lot of these schools or Guys just hiring anyone out of school that doesn’t have at least 1 year of training behind the wheel with a Certified Trainer before they sign them off and say hey your ok to go. But that’s my opinion on training because hey it’s a very serious Safety issue. They think 4 weeks and they’re Professional because they get their Class A license. If school wasn’t so overcrowded like 30 students for 1 Trainer and actually had time to teach them a little more thoroughly than rushing them in like Cattle and because they’re getting that money and can care less about that student learning what they need to learn. So lucky that guy who can’t find Reverse on his 10 spd you showed him is lucky you didn’t put his Company on blast and get his butt canned. I wish him well and he’s a fast learner. Great job on helping brother. Now before I turn someone loose in my equipment he’s going through a Road test before he gets away with my truck without tearing it up and costing me money . That Company who hired him should Fire the guy who approved his road test and be ashamed of himself for hiring this non experienced driver. Stay safe brother and happy holidays

I learned to drive on a standard. Took my drivers license exam with a standard. In a K5 Blazer with no power steering.
