Thank you and yes it could have been prevented. I feel so stupid after that but thank God I caught it early. I have been home for 6 weeks now and doing much BETTER! If you notice in the video where I'm pointing to my head with my left hand you see what shape it was in but now I have pretty much feel use. Thank you again for sharing and "ALWAYS TAKE YOU MEDS!"😊😊
I'm out of trucking now but I went through a period where I started getting out of weight and out of shape. Fortunately I took control of my health, changed to a healthier diet and lost the excess weight.

Im 3 months into trucking. 35 years old. Was super fit with abs when i started. Ive been eating healthy 80-90% of the time. Still gained about 10lbs. Gotta get out and walk around the yards and do whatever you can to keep moving to prevent these diseases

Yes there is. It’s crazy to think that a stroke can be mild but it’s quite common some people don’t even know they had them.
