if i'm in my truck and i need to pass i prefer the semis going the legal limit so i can pass and get out of the way
however on long stretches going faster means i can use the drag from your box to get better mileage -

I recall doing the speed limit and everyone blowing passed me. It made me smile when I caught up to one of the trucks that passed me getting a ticket from a highway patrol car 🙂 keep the speed limit my friends let the pawns go first as magneto once said 😏

The point of the interstate is to get to point A to point B in an efficient quick as possible manner. Watch yourself because companies can fire you if they see this video since you're operating a commercial vehicle and an electronic device as that may vary per company policy.

You should see how the American tractor drivers are speeding in Canada , I speed matched one the other day that was going over 120km /hr fully loaded.

Brother if that makes you have a melt down I wouldn't drive a semi through Ohio . Damn near every truck driver is going 10 over and cars will either do 20 plus in the right/middle lane or 10 under in the far left lane.

I don't drive 18, but I do have a larger vehicle for work.
The rule is "if they are bigger than me, they are OBVIOUSLY moving slower than me" despite the fact yoou have to go 10 over JUST to stay parallel to me.
The other rule people live by is "I Must pass them on the right"
Like, its a religion to alot of these people. They will forgo ample space in the left lane, just so they can wait for an opening to pass on the right to do exactly what you would expect.I mean, I've had 2 ppl gun the shoulder and play chicken with the guard rails….all so they could turn their steering wheel right, instead of left, and feed their ego, ofc

I live in Texas. When it comes to speed signs, we view them as a suggestion. LOL. No disrespect to our awesome drivers though. Just how we’re programmed.

I feel like this guy while im driving my car in the fast lane. Lol 5 over the limit was the rule of thumb, then it turned into 10 over during covi. Now it's chaos speed! WTF 😅 Don't get me wrong, I like to roll with it. I just don't want to get my ass knocked off or have any Imperial trouble.

55 will literally put me to sleep it is too monotonous. And there's plenty of studies to show that making truckers go 55 only creates a more dangerous environment and causes more accidents. It's nothing but a revenue grab by politicians realizing that people are stupid enough to buy into it and not realize that it's nothing but a revenue stream not realizing that it puts their lives at greater risk while lying to him about thinking it makes them safer.
