Meanwhile, I look at salads and it's "Why does EVERY salad ever have Ranch or Caesar on it?" … like did they ever not hear of Italian Dressing? I don't wanna have to buy a separate bottle of Italian dressing just to enjoy a salad and end up throwing the Ranch/Caesar packets out.

Thats why I took out my passenger seat and dropped in a 5cuft freezer. Stop at Costco every few weeks to keep it stocked with Chicken, beef and fish. Go to your local asian mart and get a 5lb bag of rice. with an insta pot, electric skillet and a cabinet full of seasonings its a no-brainer. lost over 60lbs just by eating real food, no processed junk.
