I've been there done that lots of times and it always gave me a headache and made my eyes burn so I had combat that with customized sunglasses for that and it never happened again because sunglasses did the job.. yes it was expensive because of being my regular prescription glasses with permanent tint added.. well worth it.. we professionals can handle it.

Old School Truckers keep their hands on the steering wheel .. when one hand is needed for shifting or what ever the other firmly grips the wheel because they know they must keep control at all times ! You can't do that the way this Young Want To Reach Maturity Trucker holds & plays with the Wheel !

When the Sun is in my mirror's , My head lights are ON ! Because it helps on coming Vehicles see me ! If the Sun's in your mirror's , It's also in their Eyes .. possibly blinding them to seeing you.. !
