Looks like a huge lot and 97% empty. Maybe the driver was on his way out and forgot something in the bunk or maybe parked out of the way to slide their tandoms quick. But hey, at least they gave an insecure driver something to look down on so they could feel better about themselves.

What make you think he's park there any lengthy period of time? Maybe he jus stop to grab something from his refrigerator to eat, mind your business and keep it pushing, us not like you don't any other park. People quick to judge without knowing facts. Maybe his air line burst, they can be so many reason for him being there.
