Always have a on board dashboard camera filming when this happens as well as when the weather Day or Night is unpredictably terrible. !! This way your dashboard camera is your silent witness always !!

I pointed out to a concrete truck driver that every time he accelerated he was dumping out tons of rock/aggregate out of the back of his truck. 🤦♂️ He waived me off like it was normal operation.
You don't have to have mudflaps if you're hooked up to a trailer.
Are they also not responsible for the shit and piss that falls out of the cabs from the holes drilled in the floors?
The mudflaps is literally the same issue it’s to prevent mud/stones from kicking up into the person behind them windshields
