The dentist would have to give him an apraisal, for the new set of teeth that he will need. And his insurance wont cover. First i will calmly explain his parent raised him with no brains respect. I nearly 70 been driving 49 years had guns pulled on me but never spit on. I carry my Kimber 45 can't fight like I use too. I think I'd rather be shot than spit on. I don't know a more demoralizing thing to do to another. To answer the question I guess it would be ask for forgiveness as he bleeds out. I hope no driver faces that
