Blue had right of way ! Our point of view driver had Red light
The white truck
Blue , if white truck is going 60 or 65 and loaded trying to stop blue schould wait longer .
Ok i see the light now , white truck .
Those look like flashing yellows, so blue would be at fault; assuming white wasn’t speeding. Clearly white had reasonable awareness and braking reaction but could do nothing. Blue, as a professional driver, did not show reasonable awareness and the accident came directly from it
He was going way to fast both at fault
Red light means stop so it's obvious, the white truck is at fault
It’s a flashing yellow meaning turning traffic yields to oncoming. Blue truck is at fault. White reacted and hit their breaks but it was already too late. You can see the pickup in front of the white truck stop at the light to let the blue truck turn (which you shouldn’t do at this kind of intersection ), and the blue truck just turns out with no awareness to what’s coming. He even let a little sedan thru but didn’t see the big semi?
Bkue truck began turning when the truck was bearing down on him.
White truck Should have been more attentive and started slowing down a long time ago.
White truck had the right of way! It's a flashing yellow light which means a caution light! Blue truck should of yielded to the white truck! No one should stop to let anyone turn without knowing what other traffic was coming! White truck had no time to react if driving at the speed limits. Blue truck was at fault!!!!
