When there is no parking you bet ill park at the scale. Besides if you inspect your truck everyday. Id rather park there than park on a ramp risking a ticket.
I park at weigh stations a lot. The DOT have never bothered me. Some of yall are too paranoid. Do your pre trips and post trips and you won't have anything to worry about.
