Slower traffic keep right I was always taught to look down the road to see where you will be in 30seconds to 1 min and adjust accordingly

Trucker would have hit that white suv if the black car didn't get over. So the trucker was going to hit someone either way because they probably wasn't paying attention to the traffic ahead.
