You’re a careless, clueless moron who speeds on icy roads that clearly dictate conditions that are calling for you to slow down. The snow plow has every right to use whatever lane he needs in order to spread adequate salt. Slow down.

Very dangerous because of your choice.
Even if you are safe to travel at those speeds with that road condition, you do not pass a plow, or anything else, running that much faster. You slow down to a safe overtaking speed.
You shouldn't overtake any traffic with a speed difference of more than about 10 mph. Definitely not a plow. You have no idea what is in front of him. Could be a slow moving car that is going to move over just before you pass, leaving you absolutely no chance of avoiding an accident. Could also be a drift or chunks of ice that the plow hits as you are passing. You catch a big chunk of ice under a steer that the plow just freed up with their blade and you are left praying that you can keep it on the road and don't get jerked to the left into the plow or get intimate with the ditch.
Just completely stupid to not simply slow down and lose less than a minute of your clock to safely pass. I don't know your story but if I was running company or contracted to a company and they saw a video of me doing what you just did, I would be expecting an unpleasant conversation from the Safety Department. I wouldn't be in that situation though because I would never overtake like that, especially on questionable roads.
Oh, and a police officer seeing that in the wild will ticket you. What you did is a ticket-able offense.

The trucker is the jerk, the snow plow driver is doing a service of clearing the roads so people can drive on the highway. The plow driver is Not going to be the cause of an accident, regular drivers and truck drivers are going to be the cause of an accident for not driving carefully, keeping a good distance between vehicles and not slowing down earlier
