This guy is just a "Click Farmer". He deliberately says stupid shit for clicks.
Lift axel id guess. Dont need tandem when it’s empty
Because your dumb !!
Leveling valve needs some serious adjustment,,,
Light load or empty. Pro driver should know weigth limits on axle. More load, more grip, bettter control, so getting close to max allowed is best. Also fuel consumption and tire wear are lower.
It's a tag axel. Are you new?
Unloaed trailer and one axle lifted for economy perhaps? Pretty standard practice.
Narrator needs to get out a bit more.
Same reason you see trailers with axles not down.🙄
And you said you're a truck driver?
He more than likely knows exactly what is going on. Just wants to see if other "Drivers" know. Or if they just hold steering wheels!! LOL
Don't drink and drive
His tire got tired of rolling its taking a break
Lift axle , dump trucks an cowboy trucks have them , they just start putting them on newer trucks , they save the life of a tire when u empty , u also can have a dealership install that same set up on a older model OTR truck..
Common driver😂you know why its floating you're just testing our knowledge just pay more attention to the road please.
How do so many people fail to see an obvious joke…
And your driving a big rig yourself wow, you should take this video down because you my friend are a complete pathetic idiotic moron 😂😂😂😂
I clicked on the with certainty that this was a troll. I'm disappointed to learn that you're dead ass serious
Because it’s a drop axle and he’s running empty. I’m not even a driver and could figure that one out. There’s nothing wrong with being stupid, but why do you actually broadcast your stupidity and ignorance for everyone to see how dumb you are?
It's a tag axle. Trucks are charged by how many axles there are, so tag axles can be retracted or extended. Tag axles can also be used depending on load weight. Lighter load, fewer 'active' axles
The driver that made this video obviously doesn't have much experience in trucking or he would know all about that
Tires are floating cause that's what keeps the shiny side up
pretty sure he hasn't learned of a 8×8 chassis with taglift specialized steer axles. hence what my 23' Kenny w900 has
A.I. or it's a UFO 🛸?
Yeah. There's new trailers that do it too. Everybody's trying to save money. So a single screw w/ a drop axle should nt be surprising. Plus , I think they load light stuff like furniture.
Every time you post another video you just confirm how ignorant you are and have no business being on the road with actual professional drivers.
That's a lift suspension there on trailers also❤😮
It's a float. When the trlr is loaded heavy, the driver puts that axle on the ground.
He's that good.
That's a tag axle or a dummy axle.
Apparently that driver is floating 😂
If your driving a semi and too dumb to know maybe you should spend more time driving and less with a PhONE in your hand!!
He hit something nocked the Air out of it. Now have to have the Tire replaced since He drove on it Flat.
Tag axels:
They can raise the axle when truck is light or empty, the reason is to save on tires.
