I don't see the problem? Someone measured and drilled wrong, then fixed it. Now you have a perfectly good mounting spot for just about anything. 😊
As long as is properly mounted and secure not bend cracked or broken and is not missing more than 2 bolts out of group of 4 you are good. God where the hell did you got your cdl? 😂😂😂

Multiple options for the trailer so holes are puncher for all. Use what are needed and put a bolt in the rest. standard mass production.
That beam was replaced, not factory . I've replaced a bunch of these over the years. I used an air drill and drilled from inside. That way this never happened.
