The really good ones are where they allow overnight parking.

Then there’s the drivers that leave a bunch of trash and piss bottles in parking lot that ruins it for everyone. Most truckers have really disgusting habits. Makes me mad as a driver myself.

Every Friday or Saturday depending on how my schedule was I’d stop at a Walmart n get stocked up I drove our 24 years!!!

The Walmart in Neosho, Missouri has had long parking spaces designated for trucks but the last time I went there, to my surprise they blocked them off and have signs saying no truck parking. More and more are that way and it’s really getting harder to find one to get my groceries. Las Cruces, New Mexico stopped truck parking too where I used to go.

theres a walmart right behind the flying j in Mt Vernon IL near the SW corner of i64 and IL-15 that is convenient to use when passing through there.
I wish truck stops would just sell things that truckers actually want and need.
Not overpriced garbage.
There's been a few circle K stops i went to in the northeast where they had a mini grocery store inside and everything was normal and reasonably priced.

I've found out it's best to call ahead, speak with store manager, tell him your name and truck compa y, ask if you can park there over night so you can shop there. I have received authorization to park in Walmarts that even have signs saying no truuck parking. Just be aware some stores may have overhead height bars at the entrances. You might then try parking along the route Walmart uses for their trucks to deliver.
