I don't see anything wrong with having a couple of beers or even a six pack if your taking your 10 hr break., but a case of beer, I think that's a little much. But who knows he may have to take a 34 hr reset.

    Maybe he's on a 34 hr reset

For all we know he could be giving that to someone that did him a favour. But I really hope he’s not drinking on the job!

He just came out of Walmart and will be spending the night in his sleeper on his off time.

Allow to drink as long as you have at least 4 hours without consumption and for Christ's sake dude they literally have bars and strip clubs for truck drivers 😑 even though I dont partake while on the road and most companies dont allow open containers in the commercial vehicle but having a drink on your off time is allowed as long as you have enough time by law. I spend 3 weeks on the road and only come home for 3 days and repeat so what the fuck I do in my free time within my legal rights is my business and like you said if he's a owner opp as long as he drinks and gives himself the allotment of time to sober up and dispose of the containers properly the with all sincerety mind your own fucking business dude you dont what people are going through and you putting that shit on the internet and saying all types of reckless shit like you his judge worry about yourself and only God reserves the right to judge. I dont condone drunk driving in any vehicle but still if he does it by the law then who gives a flying fuck

Completely legal one thing I learned about truckers, everyone has opinion

There is absolutely no excuse for drinking & driving. Especially when it comes to truxk driver's. CDL holders know the bac is .02 not .08 for anyone with a cdl. With that said you have zero evidence to say this driver will drink and drive. You don't know if he's on his 32 hour reset. So stfu and mind your own business.

Keep telling yourself that you're a good driver and maybe someday you'll actually start to believe it……..even if nobody else ever will!!

The real crime & only crime here is the budlight. Other than that, mind ur business. Maybe hes down or on a reset right now, Princess aka Karen. Illegal af man, Stfu!

  17. @robertgrantham6263 Avatar

Depends on company policy. A lot of companies have a zero tolerance policy.

  18. @darkjimmy333 Avatar

What is wrong with that, as long as he doesn't drive drunk, he probably has 48hour off duty..

  19. @joridd Avatar

Hes doing his reset for the weekend at the truck stop

  20. @JoeBlay-n7f Avatar

Well, I definitely don’t agree with you if he’s out of 10 hour break he should not be tricking a six pack of beer I mean after waking up 10 hours later you still could feel remnant of being buzzed fatigued and tired and definitely not 100% alert so on a 10 hour break you should not be drinking a six pack of beer that’s not what that break is for

  21. @demetresbernard38 Avatar

Thats the difference between a driver and a trucker… if he has beer hes off duty and probably lives in his truck yes its illegal or against policy for w2 and company drivers but not carrier trucker owners… you assume bullshit dude… twinkle toes get a life and mind yo business this is America jack butt… let that man drink in piece in his bunk

  22. @JIMMYS_VIEW Avatar

The driver in this video gives himself a bad name… he does so because he judges another man without knowing his intentions…
He does so because he has been indoctrinated to play watchman for a tyrannical government through his own moral torment…
He does so because he lacks the wisdom to have empathy for the most basic struggle that we face each day… 😢
