I have automatic mirrors on my car… they work WONDERS when people come drive up on my bumper (with brights or not…)
They think the speed limit doesnt apply to them, but they really HATE IT when THEIR LIGHTS bounce back and blind THEM!! …FAFO… -

Just a flashlight on strobe into your mirror. If their lights are in your eyes from your mirror then your light will bounce back into their eyes. Way back when I used to carry a big flash from a 35mm camera and zap folks who tailgated me on my bike. It was almost like MIBs neurolizer. At night on rural roads a single flash and all you see is a bright spot for a few minutes.

I know the low beams on my pickup as most newer cars are a lot brighter now days , what he’s doing is a good way of catching some lead.
