Situational awareness . This could have been avoided by both involved. Never turn you back to danger. Instead stand sideways with you six in a safe zone. Always stand in a defensive position.

If someone is helping you back and YOU DON'T SEE THEM STOP!! If YOU are helping someone back NEVER turn your back to the truck AND stay where the driver can see you. The lack of common sense here is strong.
