Its a government "do not detain" load filled with special live cargo, the trailer is specially designed to bend like that for it.
I mean it’s not the load moving from being loose. It’s the frame of the trailer twisting. lol. I don’t think you’re getting it anymore stable unless you get a bigger trailer or reinforce it somehow.

Well they're also using physics when driving this. If you look, they strapped on extra weight like those tires on the very end of the trailer. Well that thing is swaying And the surface it is anchored on. It's rocking it kind of seems like it's on some kind of slight pivoting rocker type platform? Also that trailer is really low. It has a lot of more tires thats like 16-18 wheels, Plus the part that that huge tank looking thing is on is rocking But the truck itself is not being moved around too much. So it's like controlled rocking. They're going a slow enough speed where it's not too fast to rock it too hard, but they're going quick enough Pace to Get to the destination. Safe as possible. Also look at all the straps on that. They definitely bunkered it down pretty well and then put that tarp on top to keep it from getting soaked. As long as they stay mindful of their speed and cranking turns carefully, They should make a relatively safe trip to the destination.
I think they need to slow the phuck down. There's no side bracing to prevent it from doing exactly what it's doing. These guys don't know what the hell they're doing loading that.
