A professional truck driver would know what to do. You should have keep your speed and passed him. There is no traffic on the other lane.

Um, i dont know what to say here….the tank truck pulled out i will give you that….anybody that holds a CDL would eases off the throttle instead of doing what you did……your not saving anytime doing this….your both at fault!!! Bottom line!!!!!!
